Watermelon juice is just what you need on a hot summer day!

You have to be involved in your health, you can’t just leave it to someone else, it’s your body to take care of.
Watermelon juice is good for you because of it has a high water content. It is full of antioxidants and amino acids as well. Watermelon juice helps with reducing muscle soreness, so is great after a workout!
Watermelon juice has other health benefits as well such as its good for your kidneys and heart, anti-cancer, asthma preventative, can help lower your blood pressure, and is good for your gut health.
Ingredients:
- Watermelon about two rings ( cut the rind off and cut into small chunks
- Sugar
- Ice 🧊 (one ice cube tray full)
- Water
Put watermelon in the blender and add some water, ice, and sugar.
Blend until smooth
Serve in a glass with a straw for an extra special treat!
You can also strain out the pulp with a fine mesh strainer, if you want a smoother juice.
