Tips and tricks to keep you going strong!
Week one down! I have been drinking juice every day for lunch or at least with lunch .

For me I had some headaches, and a zit popped up. I think that my body had a little bit of a detox happening. I drank lots of water and had to pee all the time lol. But I am past the detox period and am doing great!
I don’t crave things the way I used to! It’s so important to give your body the nutrients it needs and then everything falls into place, instead of craving more because its nutritional needs aren’t being met. You feel satisfied and have control over what you actually want to eat.
I am a breastfeeding mommy and my milk supply did great with all the juices, it did not decrease, in fact, I feel like it increased!
I am also down three pounds. So that is great! However, you can’t beat the feeling of more energy and overall wellness.
It’s funny but when you make one simple healthy decision, it makes you want to make more healthy choices throughout your day which can all add up to a big difference.
I made so many delicious juices. My favorite was beet apple juice. Recipe below!!!
Beet apple juice
- 1–2 beats with the leafs
- 2 apples- Envie apples are my favorite ;p
Run through the juicer. Its so simple and good 😊 !
Anyway, give cold press juices a try for yourself and see the difference it can make for your health.
