The simplest of things creates a masterpiece.
Puff pastry can seem very daunting and scary to want to try your hand at. But I assure you, you can do it!

A little flour and butter can pull together to be a base that you use again and again for different culinary creative creations.
Ingredients:
- 2 sticks Frozen butter 🧈
- 2 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 8 Tablespoons Ice water 💦
Cut frozen butter into small chunks or grate using a cheese grater.
Mix all together using a. kitchen aid until dough forms.
Roll out your dough on a floured surface
You want to roll out to about the size a piece of paper
Then trifold it and roll back out to paper sized.
Repeat tell you have done it four times total.
Fold and put in a zip lock bag, squeeze out all the air, and refrigerate overnight. Or until ready to use for your recipe.
This recipe makes enough for two puff pastry’s, cut in half before use.
