Brownies are so good! They are moist and chewy chocolatey goodness!

You can have a treat that is both delicious and nutritious.

I love a good brownie but I was always so disappointed with how mine would turn out. I started to wonder whether or not I liked brownies at all.

One day a neighbor gave me a box of brownie mix so I experimented a little and what followed was amazing!!

The brownie box instructions tell you to add eggs, water, and oil. Well, you don’t want to add eggs to brownies because eggs will make them rise and give you more of a cake consistency.

Brownies you want to be dense and moist.

You accomplish the perfect brownies by not following the box directions at all!

Start by omitting the water because you want a nice thick batter again this is not cake.

I added avocado and black beans to this recipe which enhances the flavor and makes everything nice and moist. This also gives you protein and other nutrients adding so much to your brownies!

Ingredients

  • Bronze mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 2T butter
  • Chocolate Chip ( for sprinkling on top)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Smash black beans with a fork on a plate before adding. Then add all the ingredients together. Better should be thick.

Line a 9×9 square pan with wax paper and scrape the batter into your pan with a spatula.

Sprinkle chocolate chips on top

Bake for 40 minutes

Let cool completely before cutting into a 4×4 square that gives you 16 pieces.

Enjoy:)
